I accept only Paypal.  Items must be paid for prior to shipping in full.  If you have something you think may be of interest to me, I may consider a trade.

I guarantee live healthy animals deilvered to your door.  Animals are only gauranteed if there is someone to accept the animals on the first delivery attempt.  There is a 48 Hour window in which you must contact me if there is any issue.  Once an animal is delivered you must contact me so that I know that they got there safely and alive.  If I am not contacted within 48 hours of the delivery then I will assume that the animal(s) are healthy and that there are no problems.  Issues that arise after the 48 hour window will not be considered our responsibility.  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or mechanical issues of the delivery driver.  If any shipment is for some reason lost, we will do everything in our power to find it and see that it gets to the proper location

 

There is a 20% non-refundable deposit required on any animals or items from this site.  Full payment is expected before any shipments are made, Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees.  Full payment is expected within 6 weeks of initially ordering any animal.

 

Unless you show a preferance for Fed Ex, I always ship by DHL overnight delivery for 10:30 the next morning.  We are certified with DHL to ship live non-venomous reptiles.  We ship monday thru wednesday ONLY.  At this time shipping is only to the lower 48 States of the U.S.  I will need your zip code to verify your exact shipping zone.
